The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed a good breakfast each morning, with a nice selection of dishes at a reasonable price. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating.

Every thing about was good, there is nothing that I can really complain about. Staff were freindly and helpfull. it was clean and modern. Internet was very expensive to use and the location wasnt the best in relation to city centre but it was close enough to the expo centre for which I was in shanghai for. it took 30-40 minuts by taxi or metro to get into town centre . Buffet breakfast was good and reasonable selection.

The staff spoke English well, breakfast was satisfying with a mix of Western and Chinese dishes, and the hotel location had plenty of surrounding food options and a nearby metro station.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

My family, 8 people including my parents and 3 kids, stayed for 2 nights. They all satified because the rooms are clean and employees are nice. My family did not eat at hotel but there are KFC and starbucks near the hotel. I also saw many foreingeners checked in or out at the front. I guess, in this area, this hotel is worth the price, especially for foreigners.

Hotel is very good. Worth for money. If you book through the hotel site, it is very expensive. ALmost all hotel staffs speak english. For people who done like hotel's restaurant, there is KFC, Starbucks, Papa Johns nearby. You will always get a taxi in the day time. 30 mins to city center. Very far from Metro station.

Boring location

The room was comfortable and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast had a good variety of dishes to choose from and was fulfilling. The hotel's location is ideal for business travelers who need to visit industrial areas.

The staff's lack of English skills can be a little challenging for non-Mandarin speakers, and there is no nearby nightlife or activities for tourists.

I had to attend the china coat 2011 show and chose this Hotel, mainly for price, since this was my first visit to Shanghai. It is about half hour drive from the airport and about 15 minutes from the exhibition centre. Contrary to my expectations, the hotel was very good - clean, friendly and very helpful hotel staff and most importantly good chinese food available at the hotel restaurant. On the whole good experience. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Shanghai.

The hotel is conveniently located in Pudong district, just a short distance from the subway. Guests can enjoy a quiet street location with a few restaurants nearby, making it a convenient location for business travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some rooms even have a small kitchenette and a bar table. The breakfast offers a decent selection of Chinese dishes.

The hotel may not be suitable for international travelers as there are limited TV channels in English.

U said that Regal Jinfeng Hotel serves shuttle bus, however didnt. Also, if i used shuttle bus(400RMB), i paid more expensive than taxi(100RMB)

Our recent city break stay had some redeeming qualities, including complementary welcome drinks and daily fruit baskets. The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and shops, making our city exploration easy.

The room was damp and musty, with an unpleasant odor that never quite dissipated. The staff was unresponsive to our concerns about the room, and did not offer any solutions or accommodations.

Good location for business people within industrial area. Internet facility is very poor. Swimming pool and some other facilities are not working properly.

There are no door closer at bath room door. Risky for childrens, they often can go inside and play with water.

The English-speaking staff promptly fixed a broken TV. Housekeeping was efficient and timely. Conveniently located near food options and a metro station. The heater worked well in the nicely-sized room. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.
